PERFECTO
Past Perfect
El pasado perfecto se usa para hablar o
describir una acción que ha ocurrido en el pasado antes que otra acción
ocurriera; es decir la acción en pasado es interrumpida por otra acción.
Ejemplo:
When he arrived, the meeting had
already started (Cuando él llegó,
la reunión ya había
empezado)
(pasado simple) (pasado perfecto)
He had seen the movie before they showed it on tv.
(Él había visto la película antes
que
ellos la mostraran en Tv.
(pasado perfecto) (pasado simple)
La palabra HAD en español quiere decir HA, HE, HEMOS, HAN, HAS,
HABIA dependiendo del sujeto que se utilicé en la oración.
El pasado perfecto afirmativo se forma con:
SUJETO +
HAD + VERB (PAST PARTICIPLE) + COMPLEMENTO
Ejemplos:
I had
complained about that problem
He had had
a fantastic time there.
They had
studied hard for the test
El pasado perfecto negativo se forma con:
SUJETO +
HAD NOT + VERB (PAST PARTICIPLE) + COMPLEMENTO
Ejemplos:
I had not
complained about that problem
He had not
had a fantastic time there.
They hadn´t studied hard for the test
En la forma negativa
puedes usar HAD NOT o HADN´T.
El pasado perfecto interrogativo se forma con:

El pasado perfecto interrogativo se forma con:
